start_recording argument. Carries which streams to enable +
the per-channel picker selections + the output target. M-EXPORT.4
extends output_path / format semantics; here they’re carried
through unchanged so the IPC seam doesn’t need to break later.
Fields§
§streams: SessionStreamsWhich physical channels to coordinate.
camera_id: StringCamera picker selection — empty = OS default (M-CAM.4).
microphone_id: StringMicrophone picker selection — empty = OS default (M-MIC.3).
screen_source_id: Option<String>Screen-source picker selection — None / empty = primary
display (M-SCK.0.1).
output_path: Option<String>Output file path. None means “use the M-EXPORT.4 default
location”; M-RECORD.1 just carries the string through.
format: Option<String>Output container/codec format slug (e.g. "mp4-h264",
"webm-vp9"). None means “use the default” — M-EXPORT.1
owns the slug → OutputFormat mapping.
